Scope Of Works
Three divisions, one crew. Glass, render and roof are scoped in a single walk-through and priced in writing before anyone turns a tap on.
Windows done inside and out, with the tracks, sills and frames wiped down as part of the job. Flyscreens come off, get washed and dried, then go back in the right opening. Upper storeys are reached from the ground with a water-fed pole and purified water, so nothing gets leaned on your gutters.
Low-pressure washing that lifts mould, algae and lichen off render, cladding, brick and paintwork without blasting the finish off with it. Eaves, gutters and fascias are included, not quoted as an extra. Growth gets treated at the root, so your walls stay clean for longer.
Tile and metal roofs cleared of moss and lichen, then treated to slow the regrowth. Driveways, paths, patios and pavers pressure cleaned back to an even tone with the right pressure for the surface, never more. Decks, fences, retaining walls and solar panels can be done on the same visit.
